While house hunting in a couple of the more desired neighborhoods that we liked, we seemed to always see a Step Realty sign around.   11 years ago, new to the area, I met Mac while looking for a house. I had no agent at the time but had spoken to quite a few. Mac seemed so personable, did not pressure, and was easy going. So, yes, I engaged him to help me find a house. The Retreats was just being built and was one of my top choices but in the end, found a really nice home in Powder Springs. Long story short, 3 homes later, and now in the retreats, Mac helped with each buy and sell.   I had the task of selling my daughter’s house after she moved quickly to take a job in Germany, and I called Mac who was a tremendous help.  He took care of everything including getting the house sold before a sign was placed in the yard. Needless to say, I was pleased. -Will Parker
