We have called Mac a friend and neighbor for over 20 years.  Mac helped us sell our previous house and buy the current one.   There was no question that we would turn to him again when we were ready sell.  Mac's advice regarding repairs & updates as well as staging were spot on as the feedback we got confirmed.  We went under contract with, as it turned out very difficult buyers.  When their agent was struggling with them Mac went above and beyond by getting on the phone directly with the buyers to work out their issues.  Our buyers eventually left and Mac had the house back on the market immediately.  3 days later we were under contract again!  Mac's hands on style is evident throughout the process.  He showed our house the day it went on the market; he frequently met with buyers & their agents as they viewed our house; and most importantly he was there for the buyer's inspection & appraisal to head off any problems.   Mac knows the market and the area.  His most outstanding qualities are honesty & integrity.  If we ever return to Atlanta, Mac will be the first person we call! -Pat and Jack Deacon

  11 years ago, new to the area, I met Mac while looking for a house. I had no agent at the time but had spoken to quite a few. Mac seemed so personable, did not pressure, and was easy going. So, yes, I engaged him to help me find a house. The Retreats was just being built and was one of my top choices but in the end, found a really nice home in Powder Springs. Long story short, 3 homes later, and now in the retreats, Mac helped with each buy and sell. Since we've known each other so long, he knew what I would like and somewhat insisted I see a home in the retreats and yes, it was exactly what I was looking for and would be comfortable with. But he still showed me options so that my decision would be well rounded. Well, I just passed 3 years here and the house, community, and neighbors couldn't be better.
